PIT Instructor Certification
The class will educate Certified CJST Driving Instructors on:
History of PIT
Basic physics involved
PIT practical: applying PIT
Understanding (TVI) Tactical Vehicle Interception in relation to PIT
Peer teaching practical for Instructor Certification
Agency Policy Development
Agency Training Program Development
Upon successful completion of this class the student will be able to return to their agency and have the foundation to develop their own training program, develop policy and train their members on PIT.
